To be honest, most emails that you send are advertisements. The point of this rule is that you must emphasize that email is an advertisement, but how you say this to the reader is up to you. Not that you have to add the phrase 'this is an ad' in your e-mail just to show that what you are sending is indeed an e-mail ad, use a more subtle method.
Actually, this doesn't really matter if you have pocketed permission from the contact you sent the email to. So you should not buy an email list.


4. Give address
In each email must contain the physical address of someone or the company that sent the email. This will show that your company is indeed credible.


5. There are options for unsubscribe
If your subscriber wants to be unsubscribed, they should be able to do it easily. You must add an unsubscribe option in each email. You can place it in the email footer in the form of a link. The unsubscribe process must not be too complicated.


6. Respect for unsubscribe decisions
If someone chooses to unsubscribe, you must respect that decision. and you have 10 business days to approve the unsubscribe. There must be no charge for unsubscribe, and you may not sell information about contacts who have unsubscribed to anyone.


7. Pay attention to the email service provider that you are using
This last rule clearly shows that even if you use the help of a third party to handle your company's e-mail marketing, you must keep abiding by the rules. Both companies that use services and those that provide email services marketing must be responsible. So make sure the service provider you use complies with this rule.
